Novu Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at logistics@wearenovu.com or log into your account. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a free return shipping label within 24 hours, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work promptly to resolve the issue and ensure you are satisfied.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as final sale products, which will be clearly marked. For any questions about your specific item, please get in touch with us.
Please note that returns on final sale items or gift cards cannot be accepted.
Restocking Fee
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we’ll follow up to understand how we can improve your experience or help you find a more fitting item. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
